Skateboarders gathered to Columbia Skate Park in Cosmo Park for Shred Fest, the annual event celebrating Go Skateboarding Day, on Saturday, June 3, 2017. This family-friendly event, presented by Columbia Parks and Recreation, Parkside Skate Shop, Blue Springs Tiger Pilot Club, Youth Community Coalition and Gumby's Pizza, offered free raffle giveaways and prizes to winners of the best trick contests.
